Abstrak

This study examined the legal aspects of protecting and fulfilling community health rights through the use of Moringa seed oil as a mosquito repellent in Sungai Rangas Village, Martapura Barat Subdistrict. The research employed a normative legal approach by analyzing regulations concerning health rights and the utilization of natural substances as alternative mosquito control. The findings indicate that legal protections are in place; however, the implementation of Moringa seed oil–based programs remains limited due to regulatory constraints and insufficient socialization. It is recommended to strengthen regulations and enhance community involvement to optimally fulfill health rights through this natural-based innovation.
