This article discusses the role of Hindu religious instructors in fostering the religious character of students at the Amlapura Special Child Development Institution (LPKA). The students undergoing guidance at LPKA are young people who have fallen into deviant and illegal behavior. Therefore, their guidance encompasses not only legal aspects and skills, but also spiritual and moral dimensions. Hindu religious instructors act as spiritual guides, instilling Hindu dharma, morality, and ethical values. Through the dharma discourse method, habituating prayer, instilling the Catur Paramita teachings, and a persuasive-humanist approach, students are guided to rediscover their religious identity. This role has positive impacts, including the development of spiritual awareness, discipline, and morality in the students, thus better preparing them for social reintegration into society.
