Abstract

This article examines the implementation of Tri Hita Karana through a Community Service program conducted by the Hindu Religious Education Study Program at Pura Anggreka Sari, Batugunung Hamlet, Bukit Village, Karangasem Regency. A qualitative descriptive approach with a participatory community service design was employed. The findings indicate that the parhyangan dimension was implemented through the strengthening of reflective religious understanding and practices; the pawongan dimension manifested in enhanced social cohesion, participation, and communal solidarity; while the palemahan dimension was reflected in increased environmental awareness and sustainable management of the temple environment as a sacred space. These three dimensions were holistically integrated and mutually reinforcing throughout the community service activities. This study confirms that Tri Hita Karana can serve as both a conceptual and operational framework for religion-based and locally grounded community service, contributing to the development of a contextual and sustainable community engagement model.
